was formed in 2002 in Lima, Perú, in affiliation with Heliservicios Bolivia; providing helicopter support for: seismic acquisition programs, drilling projects, search & rescue, and general logistics support to the oil & gas, construction and mining industries.

HELIMERCOSUR S.A. operates helicopters in Perú, providing onshore air logistic support for exploration and production of energy, supporting seismic surveys, drilling programs, geological field work, transport of personnel, as well as internal and external cargo for the Oil, Gas, Mining and Construction Industries.

The company has extensive experience in remote heliportable jungle, high altitude, search & rescue, medevac, VIP transport and other types of helicopter operations.
